Issue Summary

The Managed users are able to edit their full name from the Profile page https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Log in to id.atlassian.com as a user and go to the profile page https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility 
2. Step 2: Edit the Full name and other profile attributes

Expected Results

The Managed user should not be able to edit the full name and profile as it should be managed/set by the org admin.

Actual Results

The Managed users are able to edit the full name and profile from their profile page.
