Provide the 'Last Active' date for Bitbucket Cloud in the User's Page

      At the moment, when we go to the User's page in the org admin hub or at the site level, the 'Last Active' date shows up as 'Unavailable' for Bitbucket. Screenshot below

      Suggestion :

      Show the 'Last Active' date for Bitbucket in the user's page

      Workaround:

      This information can be fetched from the Managed Accounts section as of now.
