      A spinning wheel is ocurring when logging from id.atlassian.com with blocked recaptcha.net

      Steps to Reproduce

      Prerequisite - recpatcha.net is blocked

      1. Login from https://id.atlassian.com
      2. Provide username
      3. Click Continue

      Expected Results

      A warning message will be presented to end users showing that we can't reach recaptcha.net

      Actual Results

      A spinning wheel keeps spinning without any message
