Signing up on id.atlassian.com fails due to reCAPTCHA

      Issue Summary

      Users are unable to sign up at https://id.atlassian.com/signup due to reCAPTCHA failing.

      The user is stuck in a loop because the reCAPTCHA score is low. When a user encounters a low reCAPTCHA score, it means that the system has identified the activity as potentially suspicious. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as the network you're using, the device you're on, or even the way you're interacting with the site.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open https://id.atlassian.com/signup
      2. Click Signup
      3. reCAPTCHA prompted and you follow the instruction

      Expected Results

      Users should be able to successfully sign up at https://id.atlassian.com/signup by entering the email address and password. Users who have been invited to a site may not be able to set a password and log in to their account because of this issue.

      Actual Results

      It displays the error message and is stuck in a reCAPTCHA loop.

      Workaround

      The workaround is to try to signup from a different network and once the Atlassian account is successfully created and/or account password has been set, the user can switch back to the network and login and use Atlassian products.
