Issue Summary

At this moment, creating more than one external user policy is impossible. Creating more than one will facilitate organizations with a high impact in managing access for external users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an external user policy on Security>External Users>Add policy
2. Is not allowed to create another policy.

Expected Results

Create more than one external policy and have the ability to choose the external users to link to it.

Actual Results

It is impossible to expand beyond just one policy.

Workaround

There isn't a workaround.
