Issue:
As per the Mobile App Management (MAM) for Atlassian mobile apps documentation, we have a setting that blocks compromised devices.
When the setting to "Block compromised devices" is enabled, the users whose devices are compromised and do not meet the required compatibility for Atlassian Application will not be able to login and should see the error message (example screenshot below)
In general the reason for a user to receive the error (screenshot below) is when the Google API is failing to validate this users device integrity and hence we consider that their device is compromised to access Atlassian apps.
However, this error is applicable for all the users whose mobile devices does not support Google Play Store irrespective of their device being compromised or not.
Suggestion:
Therefore, it would be a good feature to add some other type of security check for devices not supported by Google, and so the devices are not restricted from accessing Atlassian Cloud products from their mobile devices.
Ex: Huawei device does not support Google Play Store.
