Issue Summary
When a user Hover Over the assignee, the info pop-up does not show Department field even when visibility is set to ANYONE
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and set a few fields to Anyone
e.g Organization, Department, Based in , Local Time - Access an issue where above user is set as an assignee from an user outside the organization.
- Hover over the assignee field to see the user profile details
Expected Results
All the fields which are set to Anyone are visible in the info pop-up window
Actual Results
All the fields except Department are visible.
When user clicks on View Profile, Department field is visible as well. The field is hidden only for the hover over window.
Workaround
