Currently, there is a standard message displayed whenever you are trying to access a site/product that you do not have access to.

This suggestion is for administrators to be able to customize the message displayed to these users so that they can properly follow the guidance provided by administrators in order to request access via another internal method like for example opening an access request in their internal Remedy tool.
