      Issue Summary

      When a site admin is inviting a user from another domain the admin gets a second confirmation screen to have the option to add that user domain in the User Access settings.

      This may confuse the site admin who can add the domain by accident.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Invite a new user from a different domain;
      2. In case the site admin doesn't pay attention that domain can be added accidentally which can open up to externals unwillingly;

      Expected Results

      Give this option disabled, and if the site admin wants, they can enable the domain by selecting a checkbox.

      Actual Results

      The site admin will see the image above and may confirm the domain access guessing this could related to the user invite only.

      Workaround

      The only workaround we have at the moment is to have the site-admin select "Don't suggest @domain.com again", then that specific user won't receive a suggestion anymore for that specific domain.
