Allow setting Atlassian account's timezone as per the device's timezone setting on which the user is logged in

      In Atlassian accounts, the user needs to change the timezone manually.

      There should be an option in the setting that allows automatic change of the timezone by reading the timezone setting of the device on which the user is logged in.
