Changes to the full/public name on id.atlassian.com are not being saved

      Issue Summary

      When we open our id.atlassian.com hub and try to change an unmanaged account username and public name, it does not save our changes. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open id.atlassian.com, open the profile picture and click Manage Account
      2. Write another name for the user and click to save (or enter)

      Expected Results

      It should be saving the changes and displaying the new and desired username and public name 

      Actual Results

      When we click to save the changes, it returns to the previous and undesired username

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
