Provide Billing dashboard with license trend line and usage history for Atlassian products.

      Description

      Currently, the Org/Site admin can take usage reports of Atlassian products from the Org/Site admin menus.  However, the past data, trendline etc is not available for ready reference.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide a Billing dashboard at the Org level. This should show

      1) Monthly license usage including user details.
      2) Trendline.
      3) Any patterns and suggestions.
