Issue Summary
Deactivating an Atlassian Account previously synced with Google Workspace (without Atlassian Access) is only possible via UI and not from the user management REST API.
Steps to Reproduce
- Sync a user via Google Workspace (without Atlassian Access).
- Delete or suspend the account in Google Workspace.
- Attempt to deactivate the Atlassian Account via the user management REST API fails.
Expected Results
Deactivate the account via user management REST API.
Actual Results
The below exception is returned:
"key": "forbidden.action"
Workaround
The Atlassian Account can be deactivated from the UI or via the user management REST API after the Atlassian Account is unlinked by support.
