      Suggestion

      As of now, as soon as the Server product is lined with Cloud, a new user will be created in Identity with migrate-jira migrate-confluence.

      It would be nice to use the existing user already present in Jira/Confluence rather than creating a new user. This is a similar concept used by Connect Marketplace apps to re-use existing users.
