Restrict @mention based on user's group membership in Confluence

      Problem Definition

      In the current Cloud release for Confluence, the @mention feature will list all users from the instance

      Suggested Solution

      Confluence should add another option or layer of permission so that the @mention result will only display the result based on the users group membership. e.g User is a member of groups ABC and CDE, @mention should only display users from group ABC & CDE only.

      Why this is important

      This restriction would be beneficial if customer has rules or policy that they need to obliged
