Issue Summary
Some costumers are experiencing issues when inviting users through the Invite Users button. They get the following error message:
Invalid recaptcha token provided in request.
The issue happens when the customer still have the "Add your team" form:
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to User Management (https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<siteid>/users)
- Make sure that the message "There's a team behind every success" is appearing.
- Click on "Invite Users".
- Try to invite a user.
Expected Results
The user should be invited.
Actual Results
The user is not invited and gets an error message:
Invalid recaptcha token provided in request.
Workaround
Users need to to invite the user by adding their email address to the form instead of using the "Invite user" button.
We recently also started getting this error when trying to add/invite a new user from outside our organization. What is the workaround or solution?
