Issue Summary
Activation and deactivation of accounts not working for OneLogin User Provisioning.
When deactivating or deleting accounts in Onelogin side, even if the options to "Suspend" the account are selected, the linked Atlassian account is not set to "Deactivated" state.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Provision a user in Onelogin
- Make sure the actions to "Suspend" the account are correctly set in Onelogin.
- Set the user as "Inactive" on Onelogin
- Alternatively you can delete the account if the option to Suspend on Delete is checked.
Expected Results
User should be deactivated in Atlassian.
Actual Results
Users are not deactivated in Atlassian.
No exceptions occur at log level.
The Atlassian account failed to be deactivated.
Workaround
Contact Atlassian support so they can assist in unlinking the Atlassian account from Onelogin.
