    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Suggestion

Provide an option to extract the date when a user was granted product access.

      • Allow the date to be included in the user management (CSV) export
      • Allow the date to be extracted via user management API.

      Workaround

      1. Use the product audit logs to find when a user was added to a group that gives product access - Jira admin or Confluence admin
      2. Use the Organization audit log (Require ACCESS subscription) to find when the user was added to a particular product.

Having this data consolidated in user management is necessary to effectively manage product licenses at for organizations with hundreds, thousands, or more users.

+ 1 - This is really important so we can better manage our users licenses. We need to make sure we don't have any users that have access but are not using  the product.

It will be even better if we can have this information via API.
