Omit random string(+alias) from sender email address on notification emails

Problem Definition

The From header(sender) in notification emails has a value of something like this:

noreply+1b2154d095a5955f8865dc7bacc0f16ad126ea8386a55398d22a01911@am.atlassian.com

Suggested Solution

• Use a "friendly from" email address instead - e.g. noreply@am.atlassian.com

Why this is important

• Including the random string in the sender email address can be interpreted as malicious by end users
• End users don't trust that the sender is legitimate
• The "friendly from" header in Commerce(billing) related emails are "no_reply@am.atlassian.com" - user administration/account related emails have the email address formatted as per the "Problem Definition" on this issue

Workaround

• No known workarounds, a workaround will be added here if one is found
