Have ability to leave Cloud instance/delete own user account from Cloud instance

      Problem Definition

      The only way a user can leave a Cloud instance is if the site admin removes the user from the Cloud instance. In the event that the site-admin is no longer available (left the company for example), the users have no way to leave the Cloud instance on their own.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users the ability to leave the Cloud instance, or delete their user account from the Cloud instance
