As part of an initiative to better consolidate customer feedback, we are closing this ticket as a duplicate of ID-6206 Bulk Edit/Delete Users, which has received more traction. Issue Summary
It's currently not possible to bulk delete unverified accounts. If you have a large number of unverified accounts they have to be removed one-by-one. Unverified accounts can loiter in the instance because they can't be removed in bulk.
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite N users based on an email alias
- Don't accept the invites
Expected Results
It should be possible so select all unverified accounts and bulk delete them.
Actual Results
It's only possible to delete unverified accounts one at a time via the admin interface
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
