Disable users ability to change avatars/profile picture

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      There should be an option to limit/disable users' ability to change/upload custom avatars (alternatively discard uploaded photos by users).
      Currently administrators may change the avatars for users, but the user can change it back the minute after.
      If enabled, only administrators should have permission to change avatar.
