Identity platform still going through gravatars domain even after gravatars turned OFF

      Problem

      Gravatar is used where a user has not uploaded an avatar or created a custom initials avatar. Some customers would like the option to not use the Gravatar service for user profile avatars.

      Workaround

      Users need to either upload an avatar or create a custom initials avatar via the "Profile and visibility" page.
