Issue Summary

When any Atlassian account has the default profile picture of name initials, a Gravatar tracking cookie is called to display the profile picture.

Tracking cookie: https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/594cf636ffb496c2624ebe43eb838ed1/ " followed by a gravatar hash"

Disable this fallback to gravatar profile picture when there is no custom profile picture set.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Leave Atlassian account with the default profile picture which has name initials 
2. login to any Atlassian product, and you shall see Gravatar cookies in the browser console
3. This is expected due to the Fallback mechanism of how our account profile pictures are handled.
4. When there is no customer profile picture, a Gravatar has associated with the email id replaces the profile with the name initials, which we see as the default profile picture.

Expected Results

With the default profile picture, there should be no Gravatar cookies detected on the browser

Actual Results

With the default profile picture, Gravatar tracking cookies get detected within the browser.

Workaround

Block the following URL and the gravatar cookies will not be allowed on the browser

(https://*.gravatar.com) or (https://secure.gravatar.com
