Specify different versions of Atlassian in the doc

      Problem Definition

      The documentation ‘Specify how users get site access’ has two different section about site access settings. These two sections are separated based on the two different versions (UIs) of Atlassian organizations. These interfaces can be different to each user depending on when they signed up and each one of these screens requires different instructions about the same subject.
      Therefore, the product team confirmed that the doc doesn’t have duplicated information. However, it might have potential to be confusing to our customers.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be nice to add a note or an introduction that explains the existence of two different screens for Atlassian organizations. Also, adding a screenshot of each one could improve the customer experience who will be able to identify which screen they organization currently has when following the steps from the documentation.
