Provide a feature to Org admins to have total control of managed accounts

When an account becomes managed, it is still possible for users to change several settings, especially the ones related to public visibility as well as their display name. Some organizations require having total control over the managed accounts, including being able to prevent users from changing their display name and visibility settings and the suggestion is to implement functions to be able to configure what is editable for the user and what is not, from the Org administrators side.
