Issue Summary
Users having a non-ASCII characters in their full name are affected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Visit https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility
- Change your Full name to "Multibyte こんにちは ä Here"
- Check your name on any of Atlassian Cloud services
Expected Results
The full name shows as entered.
Actual Results
You will see the garbled full names across the Atlassian Cloud services.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
