Provide the ability to change the default session time out for JSM portal-only customer accounts

      Problem Statement:

      Currently, the portal-only accounts have a default session timeout of 30 days. Only managed accounts can be enforced a custom session time out duration.

      Solution Suggested:

      Extend this feature out to portal-only accounts as well
