Issue Summary

User can authorize apps to connect to the site on their behalf but can't remove the authorization from https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps if they don't have site administration permission.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Authenticate as a non admin user
2. Configure the Jira Add-on on your Google Sheets
3. Access https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps and try removing the authorization.

Expected Results

User can remove the authorization 

Actual Results

User can't remove the authorization

Workaround

Ask the site administrator to access the user management page > connected apps and remove the authorization
