Issue Summary

In big organizations, almost daily there are users out of the office for vacations or any reason. It'll be great that if users have the ability to set their profile with this status preventing other people assigns work to them. Also, Jira shouldn't send a notification to these users preventing them from being blocked by the Atlassian server because of the unavailability of the Mailbox.

Expected Results

Add the following option:
Profile->Status->Available, or OOO.

Actual Results

Users receive notifications and are assigned to tasks even they are not working.
