Improve the "This account is an Expert." message when deleting an Atlassian account
When Atlassian accounts are tied to an Atlassian purchasing system/Sales OPs/Channel Partner account, the Atlassian account can't be deleted and can only be deactivated
The current messaging is "This account is an Expert."
Many customers aren't aware of our terminology and what "Expert" actually means, so customers are unaware that the account is linked to Atlassian Sales OPs systems
Suggested Solution
Describe what an "Expert" is within the error message
Add the Sales OPs support portal URL(or a link to a KB) and describe how to create a "Partner Program Support" ticket
Why this is important
"This account is an Expert." is ambiguous
Cloud Support will need to redirect users to the Sales OPs team - so it would be beneficial if customers are immediately directed to the correct support portal
