Summary

The U.S. law prohibits Atlassian, an Australian corporation with offices in the United States, from providing access to our products and services to organizations or End Users located in the following countries and regions; Crimea Region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan.

A notification or warning when users from the mentioned region/countries keys in their number will be helpful. Currently there is no indicator on the UI when the phone number is keyed in which leads to customer expecting a SMS from Atlassian (which never arrives due to US sanction).
