User account disabled

      User iaaliahmad@gmail.com is disabled.
      Checked Splunk to verify if the user has flagged the Atlassian account for deletion but it seems like he didn't: https://splunk.paas-inf.net/en-US/app/search/search?sid=1576681383.839076_2326B28B-B8FD-4BA2-BA3E-48E8244F5823

      Expected Results

      the account should be active

      Actual Results

      couldn't identify if the user requested account deletion
