Issue Summary

When trying to access a support ticket right after authenticating at Atlassian, you are redirected to a generic portal page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login at https://id.atlassian.com
2. Try to access a direct ticket at https://getsupport.atlassian.com (i.e. https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/<ticket-id>)
3. You are redirected to https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portals instead.

Expected Results

You are redirected to the URL you requested.

Actual Results

You are redirected to https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portals

Workaround

Access the ticket a second time will redirect you to it.
