Description

As announced on Say goodbye to usernames in Atlassian Cloud we're moving away from usernames due to European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

However, for some customers, the option to display usernames would still very useful. Seeing that this would be, enable the options to toggle usernames on/off

Expected Results

• Allow customers to enable and option, on an instance-level, to display usernames, instead of Atlassian IDs.

Examples

• This would be useful when viewing macros in Confluence that reference Jira users.

Observation

This should include an acknowledge from the customer side on these European laws.
