Timestamp for product access granted to users

      Problem definition

      Currently it's not possible to gather information about when a is being granted with specific product access. This information could be retrieved through Jira audit logs, which is not easy to get this information for multiple users.

      Why this is important?

      Some organizations take actions on inactive users by comparing user's last seen date with user's product access date. This provides the clarification about inactive users who did not access the site for specific period of time since they were granted with product access.

      Suggested resolution

      Include product access granted date for each user either in site administration (UI) or in user export CSV file.

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for raising and following this suggestion. Because there has been no user engagement (votes, watches, comments) over the last year, we have no plans to implement this in the foreseeable future. In order to set expectations, we're closing this request to focus on our upcoming roadmap.
