User invited to team does not see invitation or have access to the team

Issue Summary

User added to team does not see the team they are invited/added to

Environment

• Atlassian Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a team and invite a user
2. Login as the invited user and access the People directory

Expected Results

The user may find the team created in #1

Actual Results

The team cannot be found

Workaround

Find the user that invited you to the team, click on the team appearing under the user and you should be able to find the team
