A recent change on https://id.atlassian.com brought the Sign up for an account button next to the Can't log in button.

This can create confusion for users that access a Jira site and are prompted to login. They might think that creating an Atlassian Account automatically grants them access to that specific Jira (the one they initially attempted to visit). The admins of a Jira/Confluence site can have the same confusion, thinking that their site is open for everyone to create an account.

Please consider removing that button or placing it somewhere else.
