Dear team,
This related to https://getsupport.atlassian.com/browse/CA-749902 One of our solution partner is not able to log into their account. When they try they get the following error:
I get the following message when I try to log in:
"Oops, you've made a malformed request.
Often, clearing your browsers cache and restarting your browser will solve this problem.
If that doesn't work, please contact support."
I've tried caching etc but it hasn't worked, the problem has been there for 48 hours now. However, it does work in incognito mode.
We advised them several steps like clearing their cache and cookies, but the issue remains.
Ps. I asked the PUR team but they were not able to help. I hope you guys can help?
