Ability to sync account details between Atlassian account and G Suite

      GSync now supports syncing google users' title and department. The change has been released to prod today and all the existing orgs have synced those two fields for their user if they have any value in those two fields in gsuite.

      That said, the ticket will be closed. Thanks for all the votes and comments here.

      Problem definition

      Currently the integration between JIRA and G Suite syncs only user's "Email address" and "Full name". Other account details such as "Job title", "Organization" and "Department" will not be synced between G Suite and Atlassian account. These information could be updated individually be user through Atlassian account (id.atlassian.com).

      Suggested solution

      Please implement the ability to map and sync account details/fields (e.g "Job title", "Organization" and "Department") between Atlassian account and G Suite account

      Workaround

      Some of the fields can still be edited manually at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility
