    Description

      Summary

      There are cases where admins using the "Suggest changes" feature are presented with the error "Something went wrong".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to https://instance.atlassian.net/admin/users
      2. Click "Show details" next to the user you want to suggest changes
      3. Click "Suggest changes"
      4. Type a new name
      5. Click Suggest changes

      Expected Results

      It should send an email to the user with the new name that was suggested

      Actual Results

      The message "Something went wrong" is displayed

      Notes

      The feature sends a single payload with both suggested name and email, and if you fail to type an email, the error will occur with a 400 status.

      {"key":"fieldConstraintsViolated","context":{"fieldViolations":[{"field":"suggestChangeDetails.arg1.email.value","violations":[{"key":"Value is not a valid email address"}]}]}}

      Workaround

      In case you want to suggest just a name change, type also the same email.
