Issue Summary
When adding an existing user to a Team, if they are from a different domain then you may get the following error:
This occurs if you have not yet interacted with the person (such as liking a comment, @ mentioning their name, etc.)
Environment
- Atlassian Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite a user, and have them accept their invite.
- Attempt to add them to a Team, without having interacted with them.
- The user is not found.
Expected Results
Expected results would be that the user is found
Actual Results
The user is not found and the above error message is displayed:
We couldn't find any people or teams.
Workaround
Interact with the user or their content in some way, and then you will be able to add them to the Team.
