Few atlassian accounts unable to receive emails since some Sendgrid IP's dedicated to the Atlassian account are on blacklist

      Summary

      Some users are unable to receive email notifications to their Atlassian accounts.
      One of the sendgrid IP dedicated to Atlassian is blacklisted by an external system: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a168.245.65.50&run=toolpage
      Removing the block does not help. Since the sendgrid IP is blacklisted, the user is moved to blocked list again.

      Workaround

      As a workaround customer can whitelist the IP's listed here
