Description
Summary
In User Management, we can create the user with the same email address even though the user had been created as "Portal Only Customer".
Customer Impact
- The user would have duplicate accounts in the instance
- User unable to access Jira even though they have granted the permissions
Environment
- Jira Service Desk is enabled
Steps to Reproduce
- In a Service Desk project, go to Customers list
- Invite a user to the project
- Go to *User Management > Users"
- Invite the user with the same email address again
Expected Results
It should prompt a message where the email address already exists.
Actual Results
The user got created successfully and now user have 2 active accounts in the same instance,
