Cannot update profile picture in people directory using IE11

Summary

It's not possible to update the profile picture inside the people directory in IE11.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access your user profile under the people directory of your instance.

The URL should be something like this:

https://{instance}.atlassian.net/people/{externald}

Expected Results

The user profile image should display a change icon as it does in Chrome or Firefox:

Actual Results

No option is showed and nothing happens when clicking the image.

Workaround

Use either Chrome or Firefox to change the profile picture through the people directory or go to https://id.atlassian.com to change it through IE11.
