Summary

Jira Cloud cannot be used with Microsoft Intune enrolled devices on Conditional Access and Azure AD Single Sign On because the login process uses a "browser" that is not accepted by Intune. This happens exclusively with Conditional Access into Microsoft Intune that allows managed browsers only (Safari and the Intune Managed browser).

1. Subscribe to Microsoft Intune (app management controls)
2. Log in Jira cloud instance via Jira App

Expected Results

• Successful Log in and accessibility to Jira

Actual Results

• The login redirected to the Microsoft Login for the authentication and since your “browser” is not Safari or the Intune Managed Browser, we cannot login into the application.
