If a user exists as a customer portal-only account, the same email can still be registered as an Atlassian user account

Warn the admin of the existing customer portal-only account when the admin tries to create the Atlassian user account

Thank you for previously raising this suggestion and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each suggestion but admit that not all of them will be resolved. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this suggestion.
