The Atlassian Account Full Name isn't updating when the Google Account Full Name changes

      Problem Definition

      If your domain is a GSuite domain and this domain is synced with another instance where isn't syncing your user, when changing your Full Name in your Google Account, it will not change the Full Name in the Atlassian Account

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a user A with the domain @a.com for example, and sync this domain to an instance A
      2. Use a group-based sync, making sure that the user A isn't in this group, hence, the user isn't being synced to the instance A
      3. The user A creates a new instance B which isn't syncing with GSuite.
      4. Changes the Full Name in the Google Account.

      Expected Results

      Upon the login, the Atlassian Account should pull the correct Full Name of the user from his Google Account.

      Actual Results

      The user's Full Name isn't updated still shows the old Full Name.

      Workaround

      • Sync the user to the instance A where the domain is verified.
      • Stop the sync in the instance A.
