In order to help prevent bad changes from crippling the organization when changes are made in G suite that might cause many users to lose access over a short period of time, would it be possible to add configurable options to limit the number of users that can be changed over a given period of time?

The goal is to limit the damage that is caused by any issues with the information being sent or interpreted by the G suite Connector in the even that the information is not in line with what is seen in G Suite.
