Description
Problem Definition
Currently, there's no effective way to add G Suites users as customer accounts.
Suggested Solution
Allow to choose whether to sync the Google group as regular users or Service Desk customers.
Why this is important
In some use case, admins would like to sync the employees as the customer accounts as the users do not work directly on JIRA projects.
Workaround
- Sync the users as regular process
- Remove all application access from the target users
- Users without any application access will be treated as Service Desk customers
